Order & Pickup Policy

Ordering
Orders are placed through our online order form and must be submitted by Tuesday at 9:00 PM for that week’s Friday, Saturday, and Sunday pickup. Orders received after the deadline will roll over to the following week.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering through our online checkout. Venmo is also accepted by request. We do not hold or bake unpaid orders.

Pickup
Pickup is available at our home in Okabena, MN, with the full address provided after your order is confirmed.
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Missed Pickups
Orders not picked up during the scheduled window are considered forfeited. We’re unable to offer refunds or hold bread past the pickup period, since each order is baked fresh and specifically for you.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before the Tuesday 9:00 PM deadline. Once the deadline passes, we’ve begun planning and purchasing for your order, so cancellations after that point are not eligible for a refund.

Storage
Bread stays fresh for 4 to 6 days when stored cut-side down on the counter in a paper or breathable cotton/linen bag. Leftover slices can be frozen for up to 5 months.
